Flavors of Ibiza that are difficult to forget
Those of us who are from here know it, and those who have chosen to discover the more traditional side of our cuisine as well.
Each culture that has inhabited the island has left its own mark on our recipes, the result of the products of the sea and the land that at that time were consumed with no desire other than to survive.
What is often most surprising is the use of saffron threads and almonds, especially in rice or boiled dishes.
Aside from this, you can never miss red potatoes, tomatoes, pork in sausage or meat, fish such as grouper, scorpionfish or whitebait and tot species (Jamaican pepper).
The list is long, so the easiest thing is to decide yourself how you want to discover them.

Along the coast of San Antonio, you can find several great options to enjoy the best flavours of the island:

Restaurants in San Antonio to suit all tastes
If you are not a fan of sand, you don't need to go to the beach to discover the wonders of Ibizan gastronomy.
In the heart of the town we recommend Es Rebost de Can Prats, Es Ventall or El Rincón de Pepe as old classics where you can discover authentic flavors.
Further away, and on the way to Port des Torrent, Can Pujol is one of the favorites of any resident (indicative of quality, of course).
If you are looking for something more modern, S'Marí or our beloved restaurant TR3S offer stimulating experiences, but with the love of a lifetime.
